About Us

The Lake County Tobacco-Free Coalition, under the leadership of Community Advocates of Northern Indiana (CANI) and Franciscan Health, is a coalition comprised of a group of individuals, organizations, and community members working towards a common goal.

Our mission is to create a healthier community by combatting the harmful effects of tobacco use in Lake County through education, advocacy, and empowerment for all residents regardless of where they live, work, play, or learn
